An eye for the image
My background is in illustration and fine art, where I learned to observe, compose and tell stories through images. Several years of teaching art further developed my eye for colour, light and balance.
Retouching became a natural extension of this approach. Today, I work with agencies, photographers and brands across beauty, fragrance, jewellery and luxury. My work combines precise, high-end retouching with an artistic sensibility rooted in drawing and illustration.
As tools evolve, AI opens up new creative possibilities. I see these tools as part of the creative process. The eye, the intention and the sensitivity behind an image remain essential.
I believe retouching should reveal what makes an image compelling. The aim is a balanced, natural result in which the work itself becomes invisible.
